Music Makers
When you can hear the band from outside, do you go in?
The “Music Makers” tours feed that emotional need for sound and spectacle, focusing on locations that provide a wide array of opportunities for experiencing live music and for learning more about the various genres, traditions and artists that have formed the basis of popular music as we know it.
Participants will spend the day touring places of cultural importance and museum collections that pay homage to musical artists and specific genres, and they will spend each evening in a street, neighborhood or event that has multiple possibilities for listening to live music and enjoying the music scene offered by each location.
